1General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the operator of the jiliwin platform and all members using their services. By accessing the jiliwin website or mobile app, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3Account Management

Your jiliwin account is entirely your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Keep your account password strong — at least 8 characters, mixing uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.
• We recommend keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• To close your account, contact our support team. If you have a remaining balance, your account will be closed after the withdrawal is processed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be gradually closed. Email notice will be sent in advance.

4Deposits & Payments

Jiliwin currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please wait up to 15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using someone else's mobile number or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• Jiliwin does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Save your transaction ID for any deposit-related issues.

5Withdrawal Policy

Jiliwin guarantees that winnings will be paid out quickly and hassle-free. Our goal is to complete withdrawals within 5 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. For larger amounts, please contact support.
• Jiliwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

6Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires 30x wagering; specific bonus terms may vary.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Limitations: Each promotion can only be used once per member. Members of the same household or sharing the same IP address are not eligible to claim the same bonus.
• Right to Cancel: If a member attempts to abuse bonuses through dishonest means, jiliwin reserves the right to void those bonuses.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are only converted to your real balance after wagering requirements have been met.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on jiliwin operate under clearly defined rules. Each game's individual rules apply accordingly.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature is available where applicable.
• Jiliwin reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for every game is publicly displayed. This is a long-term average return statistic, not a guarantee for any individual session.
• For Sports Betting, bets are settled after the official results are announced.
• Jiliwin is not responsible for any bets lost due to system errors or internet connectivity issues.

8Responsible Gaming

• If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they will have the opportunity to close their account and withdraw their balance before the changes take effect.
